Return Policy

At Human Hair by Dave E, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wig purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your new wig, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The wig must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact our Customer Support team to request a return authorization.

  • Once authorized, securely package the wig with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Include a copy of the return authorization within the package.


3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned wig.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchange:

  • If you prefer an exchange, please mention your preferred replacement item when contacting Customer Support.


5. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply if the wig is returned in a condition that requires significant restoration.


6. Custom Wigs:

  • Custom wigs, altered wigs, and clearance items are non-returnable.


7. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


We DO NOT Accept Returns for Reasons due to:

  • Buyer's Remorse

  • Wrong Color Ordered

  • Wrong Length Ordered

  • Wrong Texture Ordered

  • Wrong Size Ordered
